Prologue
Every year at Pepperton All Girls Academy a tradition was performed. Although the Headmaster called it a joyous occasion, the staff called it Russian Roulette with a Santa's Hat. Every year, the staff members picked a name out of the hat to take part in the Annual Secret Santa tradition. There was a better chance of picking an enemy's name rather than a friend's, and for some odd reason, everyone was saddled with giving the Headmaster a gift as well. When the beginning of December rolled around, everyone tried their best to be either out sick that day or too busy to attend the staff meeting during lunch time. But even those too sick or too busy always got a name whether they wanted it or not.
And then things changed. At the beginning of the school year, not only was the school saddled with a new Headmistress, but a few new staff members as well. It was like a science experiment gone horribly wrong. The Headmaster had not been dismissed; due to his long years in service the board felt he should stay on until the new Headmistress had the hang of things, which would be, as the board determined, at least two years. The Headmaster would take a pay cut, but still be employed. Although silently fuming, he was still happy to have a job. The entire staff watched the two like hawks, waiting for the Headmaster to blow a gasket or Headmistress Jessie McClean to go supernova on him. The two were civil but it was clear they did not like each other. There were bets going that they would be battling it out by the end of the year, and the pool was up to at least $1,000. People had even hoped that the Headmaster would forget the Secret Santa tradition, but alas no such luck. The highlight of the name drawing ceremony was that Jessie McClean would be there, and that made the meeting a must attend for everyone. The faculty watched the new Headmaster and Mistress through out the whole ceremony.
Jessie was a picture of dignity and refinement. Dressed in a cream colored silk blouse with a red silk jacket and matching pencil skirt hugged her ample curves, her legs were encased in shiny knee high black stiletto boots, her long black hair pulled back in a pony tail. Her dark brown eyes lined lightly in black, her full lips a deep berry stain, pearl jewelry and accents finished off her look of class and dignity. Mason Joseph looked like he was smiling as if his life depended on it, in a simple black suit jacket and pants with black oxfords and a black silk shirt. His black hair was liberally sprinkled with gray, giving him a salt and pepper look, his gray eyes taking in the number of staff entering the staff break room, continuing to smile like a loon.
But their story is not why we are here. Let's look around the room, ah, I see our heroine of this story in the corner of the room, let's look in on her shall we?
* * * * * *
Celia Russo and Sasha Barrett stood on a corner of the Teacher's Lounge whispering to each other, both holding their cups of hot chocolate, waiting for an implosion of some kind to happen.
"You know if he keeps smiling like that he'll either go crazy, his face will crack, or I'll break down crying, confessing all my sins - including the time I stole candy from a drug store when I was seven," Sasha Barrett whispered.
"Sasha!" Celia Russo scolded.
"What? He looks like the Joker from Batman."
Celia shook her head and glanced to her left, her heartbeat stuttering and then rapidly increasing. She felt herself getting warm when she saw Deacon Lavery walk into the room. Dressed in his usual casual style, he wore khakis, brown leather oxfords and a large green sweater, his wire rim glasses reflecting the light, hiding for a second his green eyes.
"He looks adorable," Kit Lewis whispered over Celia's shoulder. "In that sexy, geeky sort of way."
Celia blushed and looked away from the object of her crush. For the last few months she'd been trying her best to think of Deacon as a friend; she'd even gone so far as treating him like one of her girlfriends, talking to him like he was one of the group, which only served to embarrass him. It was hard to squelch the urge she had to pursue him, but he was different from all her past crushes; he was sweet, considerate, smart and most of all a good person. The men she usually fell for had problems up the wazoo, guys she had thought that perhaps, with a little love and support, she could fix. She was wrong -very wrong- and now before her was a sweet, considerate guy who she wanted to take her time with, get to know, take things slow. Unfortunately her hormones and her best friends refused to allow her to take things slow, every day reminding her that he was available and she wasn't the only one who was eyeing him.
She glanced to the corner of the room, her eyes landing on Jessie McClean who had her eyes on Deacon. Looking over at Deacon, Celia saw he was looking back at Jessie; it was almost as if the two were in silent communication. Sighing inwardly, Celia felt like she had already lost. Everyone knew that Jessie and Deacon were close, she had brought him along with her from her old school. They were always seen having lunch, heads close to each other, acting as if everyone else in the room didn't exist. Studying her, Celia tried to find a flaw with the woman, but couldn't. Jessie was striking woman, tall and statuesque, with high cheekbones, full lips, beautiful brown eyes and flawless cocoa skin. Celia was short and curvy and although she loved her figure, she knew in the looks department she would lose to Jessie. She was just too plain next to someone who looked so worldly and sophisticated. She felt a hand on her shoulder, looking up she saw her other friend Dani White had arrived.
"What'd I miss? Are they tearing out each other's eyes yet, or is he eating her liver with a side of Fava beans and Chianti?" Dani asked.
"Dani, don't ever bring that movie up again," Kit said scrunching up her face in disgust.
"Not my fault you're wimp."
"Both of you shhh, they're starting,” whispered Sasha.
"Yes, Mistress Sasha," Dani said.
Sasha didn't respond, instead she focused her attention to the front where Headmaster Joseph was clearing his throat.
"Ah hem, it's so nice to see you all here. I know time is short so we'll just get right to the name picking. Headmistress McClean?"
"All right everyone, please form a line, and pick one name and only one name. The max you can spend on a person is twenty dollars, got that? Good, now let's go."
"Wow, no speech?” Sasha said, the amusement clear on her face. “No, 'This is the time of year for fellowship, joining together to show your fellow man some appreciation.'? No! 'This is about showing your comrades and fellow staff members that you respect their work? Geesh, she's really got him by the balls doesn't she?"
"The balls and cock. Think she can crack a whip as good as you Sash?" Dani asked.
"Naaah, no one can crack the whip like ole' mistress here. Isn't that right Sasha?" Kit looked over at Sasha grinning. Sasha said nothing.
"Come on guys leave Sasha alone, we're almost to the front," Celia said.
"Okay guys, no sudden movements, we don't want ole scary face to attack us," Kit said laughing.
**********
Twenty minutes later the women all met in the ladies room of the teacher's lounge.
"Okay let's reveal who we got. I got Doug Fillion." Kit revealed.
"Tony DeMatto," Dani said looking disappointed.
Everyone turned to Celia who looked horrified.
"Ce? What's wrong?" Sasha asked, she placed a hand on Celia's back, gently rubbing it.
"Yeah, don't tell me you got Jessie McClean?" Kit's eyes sparkled with mischief. "Oh my god you did, didn't you?" Kit broke out into laughter, Dani along with her.
"Well, if it makes you feel better, I got Peter Graves the gym teacher. How's that for luck? The man's an idiotic jock for crying out loud," Sasha said looking annoyed.
Celia shook her head, her face heating up as she unfolded her slip of paper, holding it up for everyone to see.
"Oh, shit, you got Deacon Lavery!" Dani gasped.
Celia was still in shock, not sure what to think or how to feel about her current predicament.
* * * * * *
"Of all the women I could have gotten, why did it have to be her?” Deacon Lavery moaned as he accepted the cup of Earl Grey Tea from Jessie McClean's extended hand. “Thank you. By the way how did you know?" She sat on the couch next him, her boots sitting next to her desk, her bare toes wiggling in the plush carpet. She eyed her best friend with amusement.
"I peeked over her shoulder when she dug into the hat and picked a name. She opened it and there was your name on it. Fate plays a very strange game doesn't it? The one woman you want is the one woman you refuse to pursue, and she ends up being your Secret Santa and you hers. I call that funny."
"I don't," Deacon grumped.
"Well at least I'm not the recipient of your gift. Then that would cement rumors that you and I are lovers."
Jessie watched in amusement as Deacon nearly spit out his tea.
"What the hell is wrong with you? I'm drinking, couldn't you have waited and told me that after I swallowed?" He asked.
"No."
"Bitch."
"Nerd."
"Harpy."
"Geek."
"Star Trek hater."
"Hey, just because I have taste and prefer the Twilight Zone and Star Wars does not mean I don't have taste, now you on the other hand . . ."
Deacon held up his hand. "I'm going to finish my tea and get back to work. Thank you."
"You're welcome. Should I tell her you like to be dominated?"
Deacon almost spit out his tea yet again. "Don't you dare."
"What? I'm trying to be helpful."
"Well, don't. I don't want her to thinking I'm an even bigger wuss than she already does."
"You're not a wuss De, you like what you like, nothing wrong with that."
Deacon shrugged, finished his tea and stood up. "Thanks, Jess."
"No problem." She took his cup and gave him a one armed hug. "Good luck," she said.
"Thanks I'll need it."
There was a soft knock on the door before Headmaster Joseph poked his head through the entry.
"Oh, I'll come back," he muttered.
"No, no we're done here. Later De."
"Later."
Headmaster Joseph opened the door wide and let Deacon pass through before closing it behind him. Deacon just hoped they wouldn't get into a screaming match with each other like last time. Now the only problem on his horizon was getting Celia Russo a gift worthy of her.

December 5, 2007
Celia sat by the window in the teacher's lounge thinking about how she still had no idea what to get Deacon. Rising from her chair, she took out her keys and went to her locker. Opening it, she grabbed her mail and the stack of memos in the iron box. She flipped through the pages until she found an envelope, her name written in neat block letters. Curiosity got the best of her, and she ripped it open, her jaw dropping as she scanned he contents.
"Holy crap."
She read the letter again, still shocked. It read:
Dear Celia,
I know that you got Deacon Lavery's name in the Secret Santa drawing. I can tell you that Deacon likes you and would love to ask you out but is too shy. I also know that Deacon likes to be dominated, this is no joke. If you'd like to check out the validity of my claim go to the Aurora Diamond Club ask for Mistress Sarah, she will confirm everything I have told you. This note should be used as the go ahead you need to pursue as I know you like him too. Good luck.
Sincerely,
The person hadn't signed it, she turned the letter this way and that, held it up to the light and got nothing. She read the letter again, the only person she knew with connections to the Aurora Diamond Club was Sasha. Celia checked her watch. Sasha would still be in class but afterward she would have her break time. She head toward the West End of the building meeting Kit on the way.
"What are you doing?" Kit asked.
"Going to see Sasha."
"Why?"
Celia didn't want to discuss the letter with Kit, knowing how she would react so she said, "It's personal." She hoped Kit would leave it at that but Kit was just too curious.
"So personal, you can't tell me?"
Celia winced at the hurt tone in Kit's voice. Stopping in the middle of the hallway, she checked to see if the hallway was clear, it was. She grabbed Kit's arm and pulled her into a nearby alcove.
"Promise not to make a deal?"
A mischievous light danced in Kit's eyes making Celia uneasy.
"Depends on what's going on."
Celia blew out a breath of annoyance and Kit shrugged.
"At least I'm honest."
Celia couldn't counter, so she said nothing, and with great reluctance she held out the letter to Kit, who took it. She flipped open the flap and took out the letter, eyes darting over the page. Celia waited for a reaction, she wasn't disappointed. Violet eyes widening, Kit looked up at Celia.
"You're kidding me right? Him! He's into mphf . . . " Kit practically shouted before Celia covered her mouth with her hand.
"Shhh, don't say it out loud."
Kit yanked Celia's hand away from her mouth. "You did wash your hand right?"
"It's clean."
"Uh huh. Look, you want to know if that's true there's only one person to ask."
"I know, that's why I was going to see her. But I don't want anyone else to know about, this got? Not even Dani."
"Too bad."
With the paper in hand Kit rushed down the hallway, Celia on her heels, they arrived a few minutes later in the West End of the school, bursting into Sasha's Women's Lit class, which was currently in session.
"Not now, wait outside until I'm done," Sasha snapped.
Both women skidded to a halt, Celia crashing into Kit. Grabbing her hand, Kit turned around and led Celia out of the room. Before Celia could make another grab for the letter Kit had folded it into squares and shoved it down the front of her blouse.
"Try and get it now."
"Bitch."
"Thank you."
"Please, Kit, don't tell Dani."
Kit didn't answer immediately, which made Celia uneasy. Kit finally spoke, full lips spread into a wide smile.
"No, Dani is our friend and she has to know. Besides if this happened to her, she'd tell us. That's what friends do."
Celia sighed. "But Kit, I . . ."
Kit placed a hand on Celia's shoulder and gave it a squeeze. "I know hon, you want to maintain Deacon's privacy, if this claim is real. I understand that. But who the hell are we going to tell? What is said between us, stays between us. We're like Vegas baby, only we don't lie about our ability to keep secrets."
Celia couldn't help but smile, she did feel a bit more reassured. They waited outside of Sasha's classroom like bad students, by the time the bell had rung for next period, ten minutes had passed. Celia and Kit waited until the flow of students had trickled to a few before entering Sasha's lecture hall. She was at her desk packing up her briefcase.
"What was so important that you felt the need to rush into my class like that?"
"This." Kit started to unbutton her blouse, much to the interest of a few straggler boys.
"Stop that unless you want a sexual harassment suit on your hands. Let's go into my office." They both followed Sasha into a small hallway, turning right they walked straight into her office.
"Now show me."
Kit continued to unbutton her blouse while Sasha closed the door behind them. The note tumbled to the floor before Celia could get it, it landed near Sasha's shoes. Leaning down she picked it up and unfolded it, pushing up her glasses she read the letter, Celia blushing the whole time.
"Well now, this is interesting. So why come to me?"
"We want you to check in with your contacts at A.D and ask about Deacon," Kit said before Celia could stop her.
Sasha raised an eyebrow. "A.D uses code names for their members. You do know that people use code names for discretion right? You know, for privacy so they don't get humiliated and all that."
Celia felt relief and Kit looked crestfallen.
"There is, however, still a way to find out if he does frequent the club."
Kit looked hopeful, Celia looked horrified.
"How?"
"We go to the club and stake it out. It has to be on the weekend since I know for a fact that he works late. I know you and Dani will be up to it, but what about Ce? Are you ready to return to the land of chains, whips, leather and lace?"
Celia blushed. It had been a long time since she'd been to the Aurora Diamond club. She could still remember the dark corners, the scent of jasmine, the glimpses of skin and decadent displays. Her body flushed with heat, her nipples became hardened nubs, and her clit pulsed to life as her panties became moist.
"Ce? You up to this?"
She felt breathless. It had been so long since she'd been with a man, so long since she'd taken control. The heady sense of power, the feeling of seeing a man wanting to do your every whim and wish to please you. She bit her lip, clenching her thighs, trying to stave off the throb of her clit.
"She's ready. Aurora Diamond Club, here we come!" Kit exclaimed.
